Colrain Central School is a small, rural school nestled in the hills along the picturesque North River, serving students from preschool through sixth grade. At Colrain Central, we train tomorrow’s leaders today by adhering to and holding our school community accountable to high academic and social standards.

As we look out the windows of our school, we see the stunning countryside in which we are so blessed to be learning. As we look around inside our building, we see remarkable, caring students and staff members who are earnest about their education.
At Colrain Central School, we actively look for ways to incorporate our community into our learning. We strive to become better connected to the roots of our town, knowing that those who have gone before us have much to teach us. We also make every effort to recognize that the world is much bigger than our town and there is much to be gained through the exploration of it.
